Integration of consultant drawings with architectural drawings for a coordinated set of construction documents for bid
Plan check and permit processing

Construction Administration & Management

Facilitate OAC meetings
Site visits to monitor construction progress, GC schedule and provide time saving solutions
Coordination with the contractor and diplomatic conflict resolution
Review and process shop drawings and contractor’s submittals for conformance to the project document
Respond to RFI's, issue ASI's and document change orders
Punch list preparation and coordination with contractor
