  • Coordination with structural and MEP  mechanical, plumbing, electrical engineers, and any other specialty consultants as needed for the project

  • Integration of consultant drawings with architectural drawings for a coordinated set of construction documents for bid

  • Plan check and permit processing

 

Construction Administration & Management

  • Facilitate OAC meetings

  • Site visits to monitor construction progress, GC schedule and provide time saving solutions

  • Coordination with the contractor and diplomatic conflict resolution

  • Review and process shop drawings and contractor’s submittals for conformance to the project document

  • Respond to RFI's, issue ASI's and document change orders

  • Punch list preparation and coordination with contractor
